I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am to finally be able to blog on my new website!

Since my Instagram is so fitness focused, I want to be able to use this blog to share some of my most favourite recipes, my favourite things (fashion, books, food etc) and all the trials and tribulations that come along with being a full time mom of 3 rowdy boys! I hope you,ll take the time to read and I would love feedback while also getting you know you as well! I want this to become more like a forum where we share ideas and help motivate and inspire each other !

Id like to share a little bit about myself. I was born in Taipei, Taiwan and moved to Saskatoon,SK, Canada when I was only 3 months old. I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. I was contemplating completing my PhD but somehow found the fitness route! I wasn’t all that athletic growing up. I considered myself more artistic; taking piano, choir and band. It wasn’t until I began running that it all took off from there! I started teaching fitness in 1999 and have never looked back! I lived in Saskatoon for 20 years before starting an adventure in Burlington, ON. Meeting my husband was what brought me to Calgary, AB which is where I reside now. My husband, Matt and I married and we had 3 beautiful boys (Jake,11 Reid,9 Miles,6) in a span of 5 years! I was a busy mom however never gave up teaching and pursuing my passion in fitness. I taught classes and trained at a number of gyms in Calgary but found myself at a Recreation Centre 5 minutes from my house. I have now been there for 11 years. I love teaching classes, small group training and one on one training . Not only do I love seeing my clients achieve their results, I love the relationships and friendships I have formed with all these amazing people.
